Shipping & Returns
Thank you for your order. We ship via Australia Post both Nationally and Internationally at a flat rate. You also have the option of pick up from our Sydney location. Please contact us through the contact us page with what you would like to order and you will then receive the location and appointments. Alternatively you are able to click the ‘ pick up ‘ option at checkout and we will be in touch.
Shipping rates and delivery times for sundaratā
Your items will be sent within 2 days of payment being cleared by our bank.
All items purchased on a weekend will be sent the next business day.
For purchases made in Australia :

Express shipping is $15 sent with Australia Post inclusive of tracking. Your items may take up to 3 days to reach you.

Normal shipping is $11 sent with Australia Post inclusive of tracking. Your items may take up to 5 days to reach you
Once the item has left us, you will be notified of shipment, tracking details and you the buyer is responsible for tracking your item. We do not hold any responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced packages.
Note ; rural locations can take 5-7 days after dispatch to be received
For purchases made Internationally :

A flat rate of $25 per order sent via International Pack and Track. Your items can take between 6-15 days days to reach you after dispatch

A flat rate of $35 per order sent via Express International Pack and Track. Your items can take between 3-6 days days to reach you after dispatch
Once the item has left us, you will be notified of shipment, tracking details and you the buyer is responsible for tracking your item. We do not hold any responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced packages.
You, the buyer are responsible for payment any associated taxes, custom fees and import duties associated with your order. We are not responsible if your item is seized by customs. Please familiarise yourself with your country taxes prior to purchase.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer any refund for change of mind. All sales are final and due to the nature of our business, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer an exchange on our items.
If your jewellery item is faulty beyond repair you will receive the same item as exchange ( you will pay the shipping for the new item and to return the faulty item to us). If the same item is not available then you will receive a credit note.
